The staff were all friendly and helpful. Reception staff were quick and friendly with check in and check out, ms ZHOR GOUJIL was very helpful and welcome us and give us free upgrade Housekeeping were also quick and helpful with towels. The life guards at the pool were so good with the kids and friendly.

This is a budget option considering many similar rated options. Location is good and the private beach is the best part. Reception was not so welcoming, the staff looked confused and even i had a doubt if they have room for us. They were looking like lost at some point. I was staying on "suite" but this was on third floor, normally suites which will be the best option in an hotel will be on higher floors but here that was not the case. The balcony of the suite is much smaller than lower categorized options, and that was a surprise. But the size of the suite was good. We did not use the swimming pool but it looked good, along with gym. Private beach is a nice addition to the fun but for accessing the beach, need to cross the road. Parking behind the hotel was just Ok. Overall, a good budget stay or a weekend getaway kind of hotel. Food was good, there were many options available and i am not sure that was because of new year time. Generally good experience.

Beside that the we have an amazing view, these are the points which I would commend amd appreciate from the hotel: -amazing staff. You have a great staff beginning from the concierge team when we arrive. TENDU- was very accomodating, i dont know if I spelled his name properly but he is very friendly, well spoken, well knowledgeable and he is the one even who explain to us what is our previledge and the hotels policy being a full board and all inclusive guest. He is very friendly and helpful to us, he is even the one who spoke to reception to change one of our room coz of the strong smell of cigar as we have children with us. ROHAN- from the restaurant, my 2 yr old daughter even went to him directly when we approached the restaurant to dine, very friendly, accomodating especially the smile that he wears all the time even when attending us. Thank u. -GREAT RESTAURANT. I never have visited such hotel with great food, great variety, great flavour. Ur restaurant food is ur STAR in ur hotel im telling u, even my kids did enjoy a lot. My husband loves kebabs and grilled, and i myself was cery amused and loved by ur dessert station. Ur cakes esp the carrot cake is my favorite, the best carrot cake i have ever tasted. Ur food in the restaurant is perfectly perfect. We really enjoyed our breakfast, lunch and dinner it was superb. - TV. Never have we stayed in any hotel that offers tv channels with youtube. It was a brilliant idea adding that esp on families with children. - INTERNET. Great speed. Overall KUDOS to all. We will sureu comeback and will market ur hote and ur service to everyone😇. GODBLESS.

I had a room on the 11th floor. It was very spacious, consisting of a living area and a bedroom. Cleaning was done daily. The beach was across the street, and there we found umbrellas and sun loungers.

All was and went very well. The room was spacious and quiet. AC worked very well. Balcony was big and comfortable. Nice sea view. The beach was nice and overall clean, always you could find the sun loungers. The weather was perfect. I would like to mention that the hotel staff was extraordinary all the time. I would like to mention the restaurant managers Mr.Dormindah and Mr.Barsha. They are very dedicated to what they do. Especially Mr. Dormindah. He was extremely attentive to our needs and requests in spite of extremely busy period. He was always in the field making sure the best service is provided to the guests. Ms. Sofia, the Front desk associate was always very helpful and polite. Her knowledge of Russian language helped a lot and extremely valuable in the hotel where majority of the guests speak Russian. Bell staff guys Mr. Kajith and Mr. Sharif were always polite and helpful. The waiters in the restaurant were always kind and attentive. The associate who cleaned our room (did not get the name) also provided a great service to us. An engineering guy was very helpful repairing the drawstring for clothes in the bathroom. All the hotel associates we contacted during our stay provided us a great service.

I'm glad we made our reservation at this hotel, the hotel that held the prom for my daughter was completely booked so I opted for this as a replacement. THIS HOTEL IS A GEM IN AJMAN I had assumed that it was an old hotel, but everything about it, including the bed and the bathroom, had been completely renovated, it was clean. The room was huge and spacious. The balcony was a little flawed, but it didn't matter because my room was on the eleventh floor and the view of the beach was breathtaking. The beach was also very beautiful. I commend Mr. Lester, the front desk employee, for assisting us with check-in.

The view was awesome. Nothing beats watching the sun rise and set. Friendly and helpful staff. Thanks to Janaka and team( of bell boys. Mahmoud and Nora handling the check in and check out efficiently. Nazmul and Talat from house keeling. Avinash and Dharmendra from Flavours restaurant.

it's not our first stay in this hotel and it continues to make us happy. Good food, beach and rooms. We have two adjacent rooms, which is very convinient as we have two kids with us. This time we have to say big thanks to the reception staff, as they helped us to solve troubles with the reservations. Whole team participated in problem solving process: Sofia, Nora and Sulajman. Special thanks to Sofia for personal approach, calling booking.com department and discussing all the difficulties with them. It's very pleasant to have such a warm welcome after a long exhausting trip.

This my second summer vacation in Ramada Beach Ajman ,I really enjoyed the vacation much this year , the employees of front office all are brilliant , they always care about how to make the Guest is happy in hotel , many thanks for Mr. Mohamoud in front office for his assist during the vacation and for his great welcome which made my family enjoy staying in hotel this year, many thanks again for your usual support, the restaurant team also do great job in restaurant , I saw they always have much work because of many guests in restaurant but they are smiling with that stress and that can only happened when you have a good manager , my greeting to all restaurant stuff and restaurant manager for your efforts and for all chefs in kitchen which are doing great work to offer always variety and tasty meals .
